This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' access to and use of the 9club platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9club platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 9club as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The 9club platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the local laws applicable in their location.
9club reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current conditions.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9club platform. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. 9club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Users are also prohibited from:
- Using another person's account without the account holder's authorisation
- Sharing login credentials with any third party
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity or security of the platform
9club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in breach of the above conditions, and in cases of fraud, reserves the right to freeze the account balance pending investigation.
Payments, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 9club platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made using supported payment methods including e-wallets and local bank transfers. 9club does not accept deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies — all amounts must be in MYR.
Deposit requests will be processed promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate. 9club is not liable for any delays or failed transactions caused by user error or third-party system failures beyond our control.
For withdrawal requests, 9club reserves the right to require identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. This is a standard security measure to protect users and prevent fraud. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen method and the terms stated in the user account section.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including chargebacks or false claims made to payment providers, will result in immediate account termination and appropriate legal action.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

9club provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties as to its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 9club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical failures, or changes in applicable regulations.
In all circumstances, 9club's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9club platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the exclusive property of 9club and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any element of the platform without explicit written consent from 9club.
Third-Party Links
The 9club platform may contain references to third-party services or content. 9club is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Any interaction with third parties is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
9club reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time at our sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate the betting system
- Actions that compromise the safety of other users or the integrity of the platform
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance held in that account may be frozen pending investigation. If no fraud is confirmed, the remaining balance after any valid deductions will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. All eligible balances will be returned once the identity verification process is complete.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
9club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law under the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through an appropriate dispute resolution process as set out by 9club.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
